Dues entitle regular members to unlimited free personal use of all club properties. Fees are charged for all nondependent guests. On about one-half of all club land (fee land), a small, daily fee is required for dependents. Use of land (non-fee land) is always free for members and dependents. Fee land is no better or worse than other land. The fact that a fee is charged merely reflects how the landowner is compensated.
