Free Land Evaluation

Leasing land to Southern Ohio Sportsmen Inc. is becoming increasingly popular among land owners due to the flexability and structure of the organization.  The combination of strict club rules, a no felon or wildlife violators allowed policy, hold harmless agreements signed by all members, insurance policies and clear membership identification held by all members are just some of the reasons land owners across the area trust their invaluable land to us.  If you are looking for a great way to make some extra money on your land please fill out the Request for  Free Land Evaluation form below.

There is no cost to have your land evaluated.

Below are a few of the many benefits in leasing land to a reputable club like Southern Ohio Sportsmen Inc. 

·         We organize hunting for safety – land is used on reservation basis vs. a free for all hunt

·         Members are screened and accepted into our club, no one with hunting violations or felonies are accepted.

·         We carry liability insurance and you will be listed as an additionally insured vs. friends, family and groups of hunters who use your land probably do not.

·         Members carry club ID and vehicle tags for easy identification.

·         Our members act as an extra set of eyes to reduce trespassing and poaching on your property.

·         We will post no trespassing signs for free if you wish.

·         Land owners deal with one club owner directly vs. having to deal with everyone who hunts their property individually.

·         We are family owned, operated and oriented, encouraging families to come together and enjoy the outdoors.

·         We do not restrict any personal use of your land.  You can still hunt and lease for farming.

·         Leases are customizable – you choose the seasons you want to lease, blackout dates that you do not want people on your property, set rules, etc.

·         All leases are able to be customized to the land owners wants and needs.

·         We do not lease your land and then sub lease it to a third party.  All leasing and hunting are strictly between you and us.
